ㆍHandle product inquiries and complaints, and follow up on the whole process.
ㆍUpdate and localize the package, manuals, and promotion materials of incontinence products;
ㆍSupport liaising with internal and external parties on new product development and package revamp;
ㆍMaintain a good relationship with professional organizations in the medical care field;
ㆍSupport sales and closing stock forecast with SCM support
ㆍSupport any other ad hoc projects
